چکیده مقاله
In this study, the role of motivation in activating content knowledge of education as specialized keys for teachers has been examined. In terms of purpose, this study is applied and seeks to provide practical solutions to improve the learning and teaching process of teachers. In terms of data collection, a descriptive-analytical method has been selected that helps in deep and accurate analysis of data. The statistical population of the study includes English teachers of secondary schools in a region 1, Isfahan city, whose number reaches 250 people. Sampling was carried out by simple random method and 120 teachers were selected from this population as a sample.
The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire that includes questions related to motivation and its effect on activating content knowledge of education. This questionnaire was evaluated for appropriate validity and reliability, and to ensure the accuracy of the results, SPSS software was used for data analysis. The statistical test is a one-sample t-test.
The results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between teacher motivation and content knowledge activation. Also, teachers with higher levels of motivation are more likely to use innovative teaching methods and activate their content knowledge. These findings indicate the importance of motivation in improving the quality of teaching and learning and can help policymakers and educational officials design more effective support and training programs for teachers.
