| As technology rapidly advances in the 21st century, it creates significant opportunities in education, transforming teaching and learning methods and giving rise to new educational models. The landscape of language learning, especially for Generation Z, who are considered digital natives, has been transformed by the integration of social media into educational practices. This review article investigates how social media can advance English language teaching within blended learning settings. This study evaluates the impact of social media on improving language skills and cultivating community among learners. Findings demonstrate that social media has a great impact on enhancing language acquisition via interactive and authentic contexts while addressing diverse learning preferences. The article accentuates the obligation for educators to tactically utilize social media in their curricula to magnify its advantages. The study ends by suggesting future research and practical implications for language educators attempting to take advantage of social media in an effective way in blended learning settings. |
